I’ve got a vague recollection from one of the two “good” Gasket Masters DIY videos (now taken down), they say the intake cam mark should be roughly around 2 o’clock, and as long as the chain, cam and crankshaft marks all match, you’re good.

Per @The Critic too, regarding chain slack all on tensioner side?

I’ll defer to the pros, nice pics though.

One thing, looks like there’s a gap or two in the form-in-place gasket application, in that last pic? One thing I like about gasket masters: they put regular, close-spaced dabs all around the perimeter, then spread it out uniformly with a finger. It’s not exactly how Toyota describes, but seems very bulletproof.

To be fair: maybe some clung to the cover when you pulled it off.

The knocking could be from any left over oil, or eccesive fuel from cleaning.
It should clear up fairly quickly. How long did you let it run?

Car still knocking it looks like spark is leaking from one of the coils and I hear a winding noise coming from the fuel rail I'm thinking bad coils and bad fuel injectors any thoughts still knocking though and like I said when it starts it runs fine for about two minutes and then it starts to knock so I don't think timing or head gasket is an issue

If you hear a whining/hiss, maybe a fuel leak? Are you sure everything is tighten for fuel related parts?
Spark is leaking???? Did you clean the injectors while they were out?

If you me arching, that's not good, if there is a fuel leak. Are the spark plugs tight?
    Maybe a cracked coil?

It's more of a winding sound like a bad bearing but it's only in the fuel rail which is odd there is no odor of fuel and yes the coil is arcing I've ordered some new coils should be here by Tuesday I suspect the knocking is the anti-knock sensor as I understand it from the electric motor can somebody confirm that for me thanks for all your help guys
