PCS not currently available

Hello dear friends I have a 2012 Prius plug-in USA model, it has dinamic radar cruise control and PCS it works fine but two days ago during driving, it was raining, I got message on my dashboard PCS NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE and PCS light come on, Radar cruise control doesn't works.
What I did:
Check key under steering wheel;
Check fuse 30amp PSB, under steering wheel;
Clean front side of a car, also emblem;
Check for fault codes via OBD Torque PRO;

What can be wrong and if anyone know how to fix it?

 

Nothing, brake pads in good shape.

Few minutes ago I fix this problem.
I took top part of front bumper and took radar unit from mounting bracket than I disassemble radar and I found surprise water inside, so I dried all electrical boards with compressed air and assembled radar and put in place, from ECU were PCS fault message on MFD I took negative cable from 12 V battery for 5 minutes, that's not matter, started car and no more fault message, radar cruise control works. I'll report after few days if everything is ok. Thanks.
