Yes, but it was several years ago. It's been badly neglected for a long time and there doesn't seem to be any way to warn people ahead of time.
AFAIK, most people eventually get what they order, but sometimes it's taken months. I don't think I'm that patient. I'd give it 3-4 weeks and try contacting them every few days. If, by then, there is no response, it's time to file a claim with your credit card. That really stinks because it used to be a great place to buy Prius accessories are reasonable prices.

Ordered a wheelskin cover. Paid. Shop shut down and no product or refund. Been a couple months now...
WHY do people wait MONTHS before doing something?????? Get a shipping estimate. Usually a week? If it's not there, and you SHOULD have a tracking number, then call the place you purchased the item from.
There is no tracking number if nothing has been shipped.....I don't think shipping is the problem there.
You suggested calling the seller, which is the PC Shop on this web site. Can you find its phone number here on this web site?
Not suggesting anything. Just wondering why people wait months after not getting something they ordered that they should have gotten within a week or two. All I've seen are complaints about ordering from this site. And the prices are very high.
At the top of this page there’s a notice about site being updated, “this week”. Click on it and then click on the avatar of the original poster (@Danny), click on his “information” and you’ll find he is the owner of Prius Shop. Also that his last activity was 12 days ago. What usually happens about now with the shop is customers get in contact with their credit card company, get some sort of stop-payment, refund. This has been the norm for years now, unfortunately.
