I have not tried a full test yet but this is what I got upon starting cold car. Do I just have 1 bad cell/module? Looks like all levels at the bottom in blue are 19.0 - no idea what they should be. Trying to figure out whether this is worth trying to fix (& what it might cost). 2005 Gen 2, 164k miles. hybrid 2.png

It looks like you have a bad cell in Block 8. A bad cell by itself cannot be replaced and the module containing it cannot be saved. That would mean either Module 15 or Module 16 need to be replaced. The blue bars at the bottom show Internal Resistance, and all of them are good, less than 20 milli-ohms. Internal Resistance only becomes a concern if it rises to around 30 milli-ohms, I believe.

I made a Wiki of the rebuild/balance process, if anyone is interested. There is a lot of good information on PC and Youtube -- and of course, some bad info, so do your research...

Hi all, I have a 2008 Prius, The miles is around 177,000. Recently hybrid system waring light is on, and I used dr. Prius to monitor the battery, and the chart attached. Looks like I need to replace block2 which contains cells 3 & 4. Just wondering where to purchase the cells, and what will be the cost. I will do it myself. Any information will be appreciated.
