Hit a freaking racoon last night and destroyed it :( Luckily, it didn't damage anything else I can see....

    Edit again :) lol

But I have a new question... How much of a PITA are these to replace ??? Will my mechanic have to remove the whole front fascia ? I hate that having to be done. Always loosens the clips, and it never goes back on as tight straight as factory :(

No experience with this particular part, but experience with other bumper/grill/plastic bits. Aftermarket parts can be hit or miss with fitment, and tough to return.
Sometimes it's better to bite the bullet, find OEM, and get it done...once.

Hmm...I just checked...Vandergriff Toyota (Arlington, TX) part number 53112-47300, lower grill...$49. Is that the part you need? Is the surrounding "bumper" intact?

Thank you. Yep. I found them (sorry, I was editing while you were replying)
But now my question is, does my whole front end have to come off to replace it ?

On my Avalon, lower grille pops in from the front, w/o removal of any parts...IIRC.
    Eyeball it.

    Can insurance cover it?

Ah, only looking at $50. Assuming no hidden damage.
