How to price 2012 Prius V Five ATP?

I am a medical courier, and bought a 2012 Prius V with 75k miles in early 2019 to run my routes. She has been amazing - 40+ mpg for 100k miles in 18 months, requiring nothing more than regularly scheduled maintenance and a lot of oil changes. I've done everything the (specialty hybrid) mechanic said to, that just didn't amount to anything extra. He always tells me I'm going to have her for another couple of years, even at 100k a year. Unfortunately, I've really just hit the maximum I can load into the vehicle, and now I need something bigger.

KBB figures I can get $5k-$9k for it. NADA appears to value it much more highly, and figures I can get $7k-$12k. I submitted for an online quote when I got the KBB numbers, and had several dealers offer me ~$6k sight unseen. That's still quite a range!!

The car has driven over a thousand miles a week for about 18 months, 90% highway miles. Maximum load I carry is about 600lbs including myself - my load is bulky, not heavy. Mileage averages about 40mpg. I can get better if I'm careful, but I usually just want to get home quickly. The interior shows a little wear and tear from me loading and unloading, but it's still in pretty good shape. I'd have it detailed if that mattered for getting maximum value. The exterior is nearly perfect, one small ding in the bumper that was there when I got it. I have 100% complete service records for the car, even from the first owner. Mechanically, this car is in absolutely excellent condition. Exterior (dark grey) is very good, interior probably just good.

I have time to sell it - I'm not in a hurry, and even if I found the right upgrade vehicle immediately, I don't mind owning both for the short term. I just don't know how to price it - perfect service records are (to me) the most valuable thing about a used Toyota.

Any help is most appreciated.

 

KBB says that for good condition, tradein runs from $4911 to $6764, and that private party sales run from $6244 to $8443. Feels like a huge range for a lowish priced vehicle - 50% squishiness in the price seems nuts.

I prefer NADA, of course, who seems to think $10k is attainable, but I want a realistic number. The instant $6k offer is not viable.

For what it's worth, I'm willing to drive pretty much anywhere in Florida for someone to look at it.

 

Thank you! That's about the least I can take to make the math work, and it doesn't make it work particularly well. Hadn't really considered how the low gas prices are playing in, but that makes sense.
