Have you already checked the fuses?

Are there any warning lights on the dash?

I change the fuse, and when it turn on, the fuse break again. Looks like there's a short circuit somewhere

Sounds like a P0A93 was thrown, which is a bad inverter coolant pump. Replace the pump first, then the fuse, problem should be solved.

Have you checked all of the vehicle liquids, including the inverter coolant reservoir lately?

This posting from @TMR-JWAP should offer enough direction to get you started, and ask more questions in this thread as needed.

Hey guys, I follow all the instructions that you give me and the car turn on, but, now give me those codes (U0293, U0100 and P0a1d) looks like is something with the ECU or PCM. Any idea?

Which OBD2 device are you using to retrieve the codes (DTCs) from the ECUs ?

Do you need the workup for P0A1D ?

Never tried it before, but I don't believe that app will report INFs (secondary codes, aka sub codes).

When using Dr Prius, do you notice an entry for any of the above?

Wouldn't stress it, you can upgrade to a mini-vci later. You should focus on DTC P0A1D.

Check for water ingress in the rear hatch areas, including the left/right cubbies and the spare tire well. You will have to remove so plastic trim as well. If standing water is found, there are rubber plugs you can push out until you can find and fix the leak. While you have the back trunk area taken apart you can clean the HV fan, and check/clean both pieces of the connector for corrosion (pictured below), which you will find mounted above the 12v battery. This last step could be the cause for the retrieved DTC P0A1D.
