A few days ago while in Mexico (;)) I raced a Dodge Ram turbo diesel pickup truck that was all fancy looking with bigger wheels n tires and a lift kit. Basically I spotted this guy driving hard and fast through traffic in a 45 MPG zone four lane road with traffic lights spaced out at roughly 1 1/2 to 2 football fields (450 to 600ft). I then pulled up along side him at a red light eagerly awaiting it to go green, when the light turned green I took off in EV / Power Mode and quickly shot out ahead of his truck. I could clearly hear the Dodge's big V8 motor pulling hard...but to no avail. By the time we got to the next traffic light I had whooped him by several car lengths, he did not look happy!

What's funny is I was probably still getting ~100 mpg's and never broke the speed limit !! Go figure.

Also used my Carista to change some settings, most importantly disabling the back-up beep. FYI, the Carista 1 week Pro is currently only 99 cents.

Left the Prime with @The Critic for a bit. Which led to our Prime getting a fantastic cleaning:):

But the real reason the Prime was to get the front of the Prime, mirrors and door cups paint protected with STEK film;):

    Definitely functional and looks great(y).

    Money shot.

The paint was corrected using The Last Cut and Optimum Hyper Polish (depending on the panel). All non-film areas received a second step with CarPro Essence, followed by CQuartz UK 3.0.

Thanks for posting the actual products used;).

I also forgot to mention how much I like the debadged side panels:).

Definitely no need to double side tape them back on(y).

Did the black emblems in plasti dip. Fun project. Like them so will do the front fender emblems later today. Tint and rims were installed last night.

As for the front Toyota emblem, has anyone found a way to make that black without messing up the sensors?

I left the windoes open a crack to help let out the 130 degree heat buildup inside. Then tonight I charged her up. In a week I'll charge again. I know, nothing exciting. I need a road trip bad! The tank is 100% full from last year.
