Hello everyone i need assistance i own gen 3 2011 for past 16 months it was ok till a month ago. I was on highway and speed was 180km/h its top speed as i have JDM version. Suddenly i had to reduce speed and I felt power loss after that day till now I can’t cross 165km/h what ever i do. Ni error code performance is excellent till 140 after that its very hard for engine to push. there is an other problem some times I notice my engine gets very hard as i have to too push gas and some time its very light. Suggestion please what should i do ?

So 180 kph is about 112 mph for those of us on this side of the big water.
    and 165 is around 103?

How long was the car running at 180kph when it started getting weak? Did the check engine light or any warning light come on?

If it still feels normal up to about 140, I would look at items that would limit it on the top end. That would be fuel flow, air flow or ignition timing. Possibly (remote) even some type of failure in the exhaust system that's preventing full flow.

I would imagine, that if it was a head gasket, at that amount of rpm/load, it would be spewing coolant out of the overflow tank or spewing heavy vapor from the exhaust. (at least that's what would happen on older engines)

Thanks for ur reply i will check it for sure but as per my check list. I already cleaned catalytic 2nd i am going to replace spark plugs. Also egr pipe is in my mind too as it was also pending during my last service. If still not resolved then i will go for gasket. Open for suggestions if any other important thing missing. One important thing one of my battery cell is also bad that is also in my target list to be replaced.

Won't do 180 KPH? Sounds like everything is bad. You need a different car.

To unblock the EGR air flow, you need to thoroughly clean all the highlighted items shown here:

Hopefully that's what you've done? If not let me know, I can post some info and links.
