Don't know anything about that scanner, maybe someone else does and can chime in.

See if that "snap-on ultra scanner" has the secondary codes (INFs), as a bunch of your listed DTCs have related INFs.

    I'll mention it again

A 10.5 amp continuous draw from the 12v system is not normal. That completely explains why there is 12.x at the battery terminals, but not at the rest of the system. Try removing the ABS relays in the underhood fusebox and see if that draw goes away.

Getting close to the problem I think, I have power going to the hv battery s relays with a volmeter 11.96 with button pushed, when I touch a test light to the same place I'm getting the 11.96 it drops to about 1.9 volts, does this power come from a relay or switch up front? , I did run another ground from the battery ground , no change

The P0A0D tells you you have not installed the safety interlock correctly, or the wire that goes from the switch at the bottom of the interlock is not connected.

It doesn't mean the plug is bad, it is not inserted correctly. Did you do all three steps as per the diagram in post #52? If so, the car does not detect it and warrants further investigation.

There is a wire connector just to the rear of the HV Battery cooling fan that frequently has significant corrosion issues. If you remove the passenger side trunk trim panel to expose the cooling fan, I'm sure you'll see the connector I'm talking about. I've removed the connector in a couple cars and just spliced the wires to their counterparts. The connector in the below photos was one of the better ones I've seen.

Yes did all three, and then took small white connector apart and checked for continuity from Safety switch it checked good so trouble may be farther forward
