11.7 is waaay too low. This is a conventional battery chart, AGM's tend be 0.1~0.2 higher, to be in the same state of health. For example, 12.8 would be 100%.
Here's a drag race between a gen 2 and a gen 3 with heavy 17" wheels slowing it down. Gen 3 with 15" wheels should accelerate slightly faster reaching 0-60 as fast as 9.7 seconds with 1 foot of rollout.
