Software he’ll, app computer resets

    I’ve had the computer reset a couple times on 2019 prime. But now it’s constantly rebooting. So no apps, radio, navigation, etc. anyone else?

    Still under warranty, right?

    Just a data point that might have nothing to do with your situation. I have accidentally rebooted mine several times be inadvertently touching the audio power "button" too long. Since it's not really a button, it doesn't need any motion to be activated. I've accidentally done the same with the temperature and some other stuff on that stupid display.

    My 2017 Prime Advanced has been OK for the 1st 30K miles with the exception of the USB charger being intermittent. In the last 5K miles it's started rebooting randomly at least once every time I drive it, sometime 3+ times in one 30 minute trip. Bluetooth is intermittent all the time and is totally unusable. I'll take it in to the dealer shortly. At least the engine is OK when it reboots.
