And loving it I think my average MPG was sitting around 54

I find that it's slightly better in town... And if I set my cruise control for 65 it might help too... But most of my passengers want to get home ASAP, and I want to get them there ASAP also. Collect that $ and get onto another ride... So 73 mph is more typical.

Like I say, if this car last 5 years, it will be pushing 300K... And my next one will likely be all electric.

I was gonna say, you could be getting closer to 60 but I guess if you’re riding sharing, then time is more important.
Still, 54mpg is fantastic given the driving style.

Here in Virginia I try to average over 69 mpg in the summer and 55 in the winter but I usually have no passengers. I think my overall mpg is just over 57. I drive a lot of highway speeds of 65 and below.

Yea, I actually don't consider myself a fast driver..... But in Cali, if your driving 65 in a 65, your so likely to get ran into by someone coming along at 85, while texting ! Anything slower than 70 is just asking for it !
