Entune Nagging for Prime 2020

    Very often in my Prime 2020 limited edition, I get pop-up messages on the big display about failing to connect or failing to authenticate. My cell is in my pocket and I am logged into the Entune 3.0 app. This is usually within a few minutes of beginning my drive.

    I checked just now that some of the infotainment features are active like iHeart Radio. For this, I was able to select a station and play music. I tried to search for a station and I got an error that I wasn't connected.

    Any ideas on how to reduce the nagging? Or improve the Prime's ability to connect with the app?

    Exact same problem here. I figured I would just wait to see if they fix it. It does not seem to be causing a problem with the other apps. It just started a couple of days ago for me.

    I am trying uninstalling the app and reinstalling and then re-pairing with the car. I will let you know if that fixes the problem.

    This happened the first two days I had my ‘20 Limited. I deleted my iPhone from the car and unpaired it on my phone. Then just re-paired it. Not sure if those are the right terms, but that fixed it for me.

    Yes that seems to solve the problem for me. I did a little more by removing the app from my iPhone and reinstalling it. I did it this morning and have been prompted since. Time will tell.

    Just got prompted again today. It had disappeared for a day. Probably a software bug. We may have to wait for an update.

    I am seeing the nagging still but not as often it seems to me. If I open Entune 3.0 on purpose on my phone while first beginning my trip I don't seem to get reminded. Probably a bug of some sort.

    I think the most recent iPhone OS update mentioned something about bluetooth conductivity in some cars. Since I updated, the OS has asked me if it is OK to connect with my Prius. We will see if that solves the problem. I have not been prompted since I updated the software yesterday. We will see. It is version iOS 13.1.2

    I updated my iPhone to the latest and I am still seeing nagging. I do remember being asked about connectivity at one point though. If I remember to have my phone out as I enter the car and consciously open the Entune App then I do not see reminders on the big screen at least for the current trip.

    Edit: I am still seeing 13.1.1 as my OS revision.

    The 13.1.2 update specifically mentions Bluetooth in some cars. I have mostly done short trips since the software update but I have not been prompted yet.
