    so when i let go of the gas on my 2015 prius c one it sounds like its in the drive "b" for like brake, it sounds like and feels like. anyone know why this is happening?

    Check the battery cooling fan, clean it if necessary.

    In addition to this, make sure the battery cooling vent below the rear passenger seat is not blocked by anything.

    get her up to 30 on a flat road and put her in neutral to see how she rolls

    Check air filter and bearings....
