Hmm. Going from NIMH to Lithium. That's a whole different battery chemistry, and they aren't charged in the same way. Is it even possible to change the way a Prius' charges the battery?
Glad you resolved the battery issue. But I'm 99.99999% sure that is not a lithium battery. The performance improvement would be negligible and the effort would be tremendous if it can even be done. And there is nothing on the website bragging about it being lithium. They would make a big deal out of that since I'm not aware of it being done before. On the misfires. If it's alway the same cylinder, try swapping that coil with one in another cylinder to see if the misfire follows the coil. If it stays on the same cylinder, I might suspect a head gasket leak, especially since you say it does it more going up hill or with a car full of passengers.
So would new cells. And some businesses just say that with no basis at all. <need head scratching emoji>
Which cylinders? You seem to have thrown a bunch of money at replacing things without doing any diagnostics.
i don't see anything in your earlier posts about misfiring. you replaced a lot of stuff after complaining about a weak hybrid battery and poor mpg. and you completely misinterpreted the 12 volt advice. i guess coils and head gasket are about all that's left of the old car
