I purchased a DICE iPod auxillary unit last July...after installation i wrked well for about two weeks. After two weeks I was unable to change songs and the artist/song infor was not display. It bothered me, but I was listening to XM so much I kind of put it in the back of my mind. Well, today I had to go pick something up in Long Beach and I called DICE this morning and asked if I could stop by to have someone help trouble shoot. Adam suggested I come in and he would take a look at it...he did an he eded up swapping out my old unit which was not functioning properly for the latest and greatest unit which works even better than before. I can scroll through ALL of my playlists and the the song information is displayed on the screen! I am a happy camper!
Glad to hear your new DICE is working! I got my replacement about a week or so ago, and unfortunately the new one is working only a little better than the old one - it changes songs and playlists just fine, but it rarely displays ANY text on the screen - when it does, it's almost always at least one song out of date. Do I have a second defective unit?
I have a DICE VAIS AIC-100i that was in my 2005 and worked great, if interested please respond thanks Berkley
