USB music not working

    Hello. I posted this topic while ago. My USB port is charging and shows as a dock connected on my iPhone. However the usb and IPod options are greyed out. Any ideas what can that be? Thanks for your help!

    Looks like your stock radio same as mine which I have replaced it by a Pioneer hu. Have you tried another cable or unlock your iPhone into home screen?

    Sure, I’m happy with my W4400NEX, it works well with the factory JBL amplifier and speakers, and I do use CarPlay.
