Just putting this out there because a few were asking. I just installed the Yakima Q Towers on my 2014 Prius with sun and solar roof. Using the exact measurements from Yakima site for the 2001-2015 regular Prius 5 door (no sunroof), Q99 and Q5 clips. (If you put in sun/solar roof on their site, it tells you no racks fit) The sunroof opens and closes with no issues with the rack and crossbars on top.
