IPA currently unavailable

    I have 3rd Gen Prius 2009 Model. It has the IPA button but whatever I do, press the IPA pre support button, or press the options on the screen in Reverse, it says ,"IPA Currently Unavailable".
    Can someone plz help with this.

    Something to do with the position of the cars you want to park between? Or sensors need cleaning.

    The "IPA not available" message seems familiar, but can't recall specifically.

    I have checked the front two sensors. They r also clean, but still facing the same issue.

    ah, thank you. i have never had that option. i think some of the higher packages here have it available.

    some people report that it doesn't work that well, and it doesn't get much mention.

    Also a few reports that it's hard on the nerves, people don't trust that it's going to stop, override it.

    if it cracks another car, does toyota insurance cover it?
