    Try teh Google?

First part is called an inner fender. Plenty of results w/purchase info. Try Rock Auto too.

Mud guard? Didn’t try but that seems like a lay up using google. Use search terms prius, model year or generation and part name. If you really need a part number dig a little deeper in your search and you will find it.

    Yes I did. Couldn’t find.

Please supply part no or by part category. For example body>fender>xyz

I like McGeorge Toyota. Just enter your year/model/level, and search through their tree structure. Very intuitive.

Couldn’t find the above parts through the tree structure, that is the reason why I posted.

I find McGeorge one of the easiest to navigate. It does take some persistence, but it's pretty well organized, and you'll get more familiar with it over time. I think there's a number of dealership websites using the same format.

Your 2013 piece might be item 11 here:

Exterior Trim - Pillars for 2012 Toyota Prius | Toyota Parts

I believe that's often referred to as a "spat", a rubber piece ahead of a wheel, sort of an airfoil. Toyota's not using the term though.

For the 2008, maybe item 9 here:

Fender & Components for 2008 Toyota Prius | Toyota Parts

Too, local dealership parts departments are still in business, something to consider. Their staff likely can find this stuff in their sleep. Maybe a buck or two more, but meh.

That what I do when I’m stuck. Sometimes I don’t even buy the part, they don’t mind. Toyota parts books suck in my opinion. Always easy to find parts in the Honda books. Hard as hell to find parts in the Toyota books.

It's more of a spat than a mud guard, splitting hairs over semantics. It's at the leading edge of the wheel well, and I think it's purpose is to divert air flow?
