Here's couple of products that Ford could release to expand into new markets. One is a baby crib the simulates a night drive in a car, and the other is a noise cancelling doghouse. Ford's baby crib isn't a car, but it feels like one Ford's noise-cancelling doghouse keeps pups calm during fireworks
the car ride is an absolute. the crib? i'm skeptical, but it will be interesting. getting put into the car seat, and the people in the car are all part of the experience.
Why did they go to all that trouble? If they wanted to put people and their dogs to sleep they could have just kept printing Taurus sales brochures.
More pets go missing on the 4th of July than any other day trying to hide from the noise. Then there are the dogs with extreme storm phobia that can destroy a room trying to hide from the thunder. It is just a repurposing of the noise cancelling system in the Fusion and C-max hybrids. The sharp, modern styling of the house probably cost more to make.
Our youngest child's first car ride was on Ford Taurus. The crib may have worked, but he is too big for that now. lol As for the doghouse, what we want is a dog bark noise canceling device so we can sleep at night. lol
my mother in laws border collie used to hide behind the toilet during thunder storms. that was a tight fit
Have seen an elderly arthritic Rottweiler ascend 2 flights of stairs during firecracker times. Otherwise she was not at all capable. It was simply levitation.
