There are many of us that'd be happy to help, but you're gonna have to communicate some details... OR maybe this is just spam from a robot? It's hard to tell?
welcome! 1) first things first: stop the vehicle in a safe place 2) check the 12 volt battery 3) check the battery cooling fan and intake grille 4) read the trouble codes 5) read the service manual 6) then check the hybrid system 7) all the best!
had same problem a few weeks ago. check your battery in the trunk, could have some common corrosion buildup that needs to be cleaned by the positive/negative terminals. Just replaced battery entirely and was fine after that.
Hello I have a similar problem but our vehicle will not move. Check Hybrid system light is on, PCS system light and when is on, you go to drive or reverse it says put vehicle in neutral to start. Tried resetting by removing negative on battery, Removing fuse block in trunk area and cable under the hood. Checked all fuses. Took 12 volt battery in and tested a little low so I installed a new one since it was 7 years old. Still the same issue. Can't get a code reading till next week with the holiday and I don't know if it will read since it doesn't start up. Any ideas? Robert Thomas
Let us know how you're planning on getting the code reading... The subcodes are essential and many readers only read primary codes. Once we know the codes, we can talk about repair options.
No codes because of battery disconnect. Having a mechanic come out on Tuesday because of the holiday. Will let everyone know.
