Hello everyone. Will that fit? I have seen one used for sale for a good price and the owner said it is for Gen2 between 2004-07.
Don't waste your time with a kit that's for a second gen. Different foot packs for the different cars and you cannot get the 3rd gen foot packs for the 2nd gen towers. You could probably tighten down the clamps hard enough to get somewhat of a fit, but whatever is on top of your car won't be safe and I certainly wouldn't trust it. Keep an eye out for the Rapid Traverse foot packs and the aerobars. I picked up a set for 160 bucks used on Craigslist and then had to buy the foot pack. I was however able to sell the foot pack the towers came with so I almost broke even on that.
Rapid Traverse for the win. I did the same thing.. only had to get a new foot pack and its been solid.
