    My ipad has pretty much replaced the desktop computer for me. I go weeks without firing up the desktop. I don't even get a hardcopy newspaper anymore; read it on the iPad.

    Yes. Some years ago he used to work on a Windows box and talked bad about Macs. Not sure why he changed. Since the Mac OS is based on Unix, maybe that's why.

    Which phones? A Toshiba tablet is far Apple iPad comparison. Maybe a Galaxy Tab S3 would be more of a fair comparison.
