I noticed that when charging my car, it shows on the display that 20 mins left to full charge. But since I need to go, I unplugged the charger and start the car. Then it shows my battery is 100% charged. Why during charging it shows 20 mins left but actually its 100% full?
Also the LED indicator shows the third led is still blinking when I removed the charger. I believe on the manual it says that when 2 led is solid blue, it means its fully charged.

the first 80% charges fast, then it slows way down and keeps getting slower.

while it may indicate 100%, if you left it plugged in until it shut off, it would add a few more electrons.

not enough to make it worthwhile if you're going somewhere.

Yup, I also found this to be true. But if you do have those extra 20 minutes or so, just leave it plugged in until it says it is done. Might get another mile or two out of it.

Despite some people's beliefs, you can't overcharge a Prime. It won't let you actually charge to 100%. What the car says is 100 is more like about 83% of what the battery is capable of. Stops it there to protect the battery, even if the outside temperatures are vary hot.
