@edspecR had some headliner material (basically old scrim matting) that he put in the doors of his c;).

    I bet it’s quieter now(y).

Very stealth and hard to spot.

Added a 12v port in the trunk.
This one is always on so I can use my portable pressure whasher after the MTB ride.

Ray, I did mine that way too. 3000 psi in both directions for about 10 minuets total. I still washed it out with Spray Nine several times afterward. I was surprised how much came out with the Spray Nine after the pressure washing. The stainless was spotless.I also pressure washed the EGR valve, EGR tube and the intake manifold.

Planning on doing a quick check maybe this weekend with a brake Kleen chaser to ensure we are good:).

Was curious from @RightOnTime or @sfv41901 how many egr circuit cleanses they have done and the time the do it in;).

Always good to refine as you go if you can(y).

Believe we are on our 11th EGR. The more we do the more we can refine the service as we go.

It all depends on how many miles that are on the car and how clogged up it is when we start

As of now, the most efficient way to remove that gunk is through water at a high pressure. My trick is to go to our local $1.00 car wash and have at it

It's a bit easier if the EGR runs through our parts washer first

How long to get the complete egr circuit cleanse done from removing the windshield wiper cowling to reinstalling the cowling?

So two 30 minute cycles through our parts washer - includes everything that we can fit - then about 30 minutes of high pressure hose fun for the EGR cooler

So 1 hour for cleaning, then how much time in for everything else?

The fastest I have done the complete disassemble and reassemble (with a cleaned cooler ready to insert) is 6 hours which was with extra hands:).

R&R (no cleaning) can be done in 3 hours with shop tools? Just a guess though.:p
