the indicator should start coming closer to reality, the more you drive it. the 12v may have been disconnected before you bought it, resulting in factory default.
My prediction changes almost every time I drive it. That's because the driving conditions change almost ever time.

Yes I do. It’s nearly 8 miles of downhill. All the numbers are just estimates. A full charge on my car reads24.8 miles. My drive to Vegas is approximately 58 miles garage to garage. 34 miles EV- 24 miles HV.
