I'm selling my 2016 Prius C One in Black Sand Pearl with light gray and black interior. Incredibly low miles @ 11,300 right now but will change some. Original owner, bought new 2/17, so loads of warranty and even some ToyotaCare left (it is transferable) so the next oil change will be free and 24hr roadside for another 6 months. First checkup and oil change has been done, second is due next month. Clean CarFax, clean title in hand, and car is super clean!

You guys have a good idea what comes standard on the Prius C One, I have added:

Prius C all-weather mats front and rear (deep rubber mats from Toyota dealer) - nice mats, they catch everything and you can just hose them off. They cover everything from edge to edge, the rears meet in the middle for full coverage back there. They have a Prius C logo in blue/black and of course locking tabs on the drivers side.

Lightweight alloys - I had a set of Koenig Helium wheels installed (15x6.5 iirc) and they're great. They weigh around 10lbs a wheel, and you can feel it in the acceleration from stop, the handling, and the wider wheel just looks a lot better than the stock 5" pizza wheels. Plus, extra mpg! Will include OEM steel wheels/hubcaps. Alloy wheels are flawless, no scrapes or scratches.

Injen SP air intake - black powdercoat w/blue filter- not something I'd normally do, but it helps getting up to highway speed and having a bit more response at highway speed. If there's one area the C needs a little help its when merging onto, and when needing some acceleration on the highway - uphill for instance, or passing. And sure, it looks and sounds pretty cool. Didn't change my mpg at all. I have all of the OEM air box and such, happy to reinstall it or just include it.

    Warranty overview:
    ToyotaCare until 2/19
    36 months / 36,000 miles standard warranty
    60 months / 60,000 miles drivetrain warranty
8 YEAR / 100,000 miles hybrid warranty (all hybrid components, incl. drive battery)

The car has been loved, always maintained by the book, always hand washed and waxed, always carefully parked. The exterior is in incredible condition, I can truly say not a scratch on it. The interior is the same, not a rip, stain, or tear anywhere. Doors, dash, touchscreen, trim, carpeting, all perfect. I pretty much full detail the car every time I wash it, and there's no food or drink allowed in this baby! Overall, just a great car and I've taken great care of it. We are downsizing from 2 cars to 1, (as you can tell we don't put many miles on) so sadly the Prius C is for sale... I will miss her. I love getting 60+ mpg, it feels like you're sticking it to the big gas companies every time!

Discounted for fellow Priuschatters @ $13,000.

The car is in Rhode Island, can possibly drive to Mass or Connecticut border. I'm happy to answer any questions, email photos, vin number, etc. You can pm me here or email at w[email protected]
    Thanks!

No emails yet... I’m open to constructive criticisms if anyone can tell me if my ad could be better or my price isn’t fair. I did a fair amount of research before pricing, and tried to price it a bit more than I’d get for a trade and at the low end of book values, so fair for everyone. Maybe it’s just I’m in the smallest state in the country and nobody nearby is looking. I appreciate any help.

I’ve only posted on CL so far... Both local and nearby, which for me is Boston area and some of Connecticut. I haven’t sold a car in a long time, and have traded in the last few times, so I’m out of the loop.

This time we decided to sell (wife and I) instead... Trade in is certainly convenient but you just know you’re getting hosed a little and I hate that. They want to give like $11k and then sell it for $16k, I get that that’s business but it always leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I figured with being a Toyota, the low miles, mint condition, and warranty left, it’s basically new but significantly cheaper than retail. I’m prepared to adjust down a little if it’s justified though, maybe I’m being that guy who thinks it’s worth more than it is. But I did do my research into several different book values, idk.

I knew it’d take more time to sell a $13,000 two year old car than it does to sell a $1300 twelve year old car, but i just thought I’d solicit advice since I’m fairly ignorant in the car sales arena.

    Thanks for your help
