Beefing up arm rest and

I was looking into finding some of that gel. Maybe a piece people use for placing their wrists on for the keyboard.
Which is not good because if you have things at the correct height, you won't have a problem... that's another story though.
It's inexpensive, and should adjust to the elbow easily.

 

once a day, i sit in the edge of the bed and bend my head down an to the left as far as i can go. i do this 3 times for 30 seconds each. the third time, i use my hand to pull my head down. then i great on the right side.

next, i tip my head to the left and right as far as i can, 3x30 seconds each.

then i turn my head to the left and right, as far as possible, 3x30 seconds each.

then i do full rotations 5 x each way.

then i lay on my back and do 10 chin tucks with my head on a pillow, stretching the back of my neck.

then i stand with my back to the wall, and use a tennis ball to massage between my shoulder blades.

 

They don't list the Prius. I could buy some foam and fabric and sew the foam inside.

 

I run 80 miles a month. Strengthens back, neck, legs and everything that has a forward and back repetition motion.

 

mmm Perhaps I misread or missaw something. I guess they replace the original one with theirs?
Mine are cloth. Leather is TOO hot!
