Can anyone tell me the location of the Body Control Module? Does the BCM have a fuse to protect it?

    GOOGLE says:
The BCM (Body Control Module) is the electronic control unit that monitors and controls all of the systems in the carbody. Electric windows,A/C functions, electric mirrors, electric locks, security systems, etc. It communicates with all the othermodules via the cars vehicle bus.

So most things not related to Hybrid, Drive or ICE functions.

The reason I am asking is my car was recently in a front end collision. I have repaired or replaced the damaged parts that I know of and am getting the following codes.

C1A14 Front Radar Sensor Beam Axis not adjusted.
U016487 Lost Communication with HVAC control module.
C1433 Steering Angle Sensor Internal Circuit.
    C1A47 Steering Angle Sensor.
    C1A50 Brake System Malfunction.
C1A0A Front Radar Sensor Code Mismatch.
    C1A63 Open System Malfunction.
    U1064 Lost Communication with HVAC.
    C1626 Steering Angle Failure.
    C1A40 Powertrain System Failure.
    Under Main Body:
B1206 P/W Master Switch ECU Communication Stop.
B1247 Tire Pressure Monitor ECU Lost Communication.
U0164 Lost Communication with HVAC Control Module.

The following items have a notice in the Techstream as NOT RESPONDING or NOT AVAILABLE after the health check.
    Theft Deterrent
    Accessory Gateway
    HL Auto Leveling
    Remote Engine Starter
    Grill Shutter
    Tire Pressure Monitor
    Master Switch
    Air Conditioner
    Rain and Humidity Sensor

I have a friend that says that most of these codes involve the BCM. I was just wanting to know where to find it so that I can inspect it.

With the whole variety of codes you've got, I'm leaning toward wiring issues or overlooked connections in more than one of the car's networks. Before finding the BCM, you might want to be finding the wiring diagram, on techinfo.toyota.com. (As a side effect, that'll tell you where the BCM is.:))

UPDATE. I hope this will help others in the future. What found to be the problem once I found the BCM was a blown 7.5 fuse.
After replacing the fuse and resetting the radar and and camera all codes were cleared except for the following:
    C1626 Angle Sensor Failure
    C1433 Steering Angle Internal Circuit
    C1A50 Brake System Malfunction
    C1AEC Front Sensor Communication Circuit

I have driven the car the required 22 mph for 5 seconds three times with no changes.

Also when I try to initialize the Advanced Parking Guidance/ICS/Intuitive P/A the tech stream looses communication with the vehicle and is not able to initialize the ECM. Any suggestions?

Both C1626 and C1433 indicate faults in the steering angle sensor, and the diagnostic procedure in the Repair Manual for C1433 is short and unambiguous:

    1. REPLACE STEERING ANGLE SENSOR
    (a) Replace the steering angle sensor.

I’d suggest first using the Techstream system to check CAN bus communication with the steering angle sensor. If this is OK, it’s unlikely to be a wiring problem, and I’d be inclined to replace the sensor, especially if there was an airbag deployment or other damage to the steering column. The part number is 8924B-47010 (list price $440.01; also available new from exporters in Japan for ¥13,500 plus shipping).
This could be another sign of a faulty steering sensor, but if you’re not already using a relatively recent version of Techstream (12.30 or 13.10) and a high-quality vehicle interface module, like the MongoosePro MFC2 or Tactrix Openport 2.0, you might try these.
