Project i am going to do but first. here we go i have plug and play hid in car. remove 9005 bulb from daytime running order 9005 hid instead of the h11 i have put in 9005 hid order 9005 to h11 wire harness and place in h11 (i have to buy h11 bulb with high beam if they sell it) reason for this is hid is brighter in lens without the projector so basically put hid in place of high beam and put daytime running in projector spot, hope i explained it let me know what u think
Update 442096 Slight coolant burn. Nothing coming from tail pipe. Had about 3 slight misfires over 2 week period. Still going strong.
For those of you who've gotten oil changes at the dealership. what do service people say to you after seeing such high mileage? lol I have a ways to go for mine. I just reached 107,000 and I'm going in for my oil change tomorrow. I haven't had any issues out of her yet and this is my second year of owning her. Got her at 78,000 with a clean carfax report from the Toyota dealership. All maintenance is up to date.
These posts give me hope! I drive 1000+mi a week in my 2012 v Five. Had every intention of having her paid off in a year ($12k used) but some other life expenses have gotten in the way. Two years is looking more realistic, which means I need her to be fairly trouble free up through 200k. I'll consider anything past that to be bonus. I also do courier work in Florida - fortunately only two to three days a week, nothing like these other rock stars.
2fas last reported 442096 miles nine months ago, in Aug 2018. It is now May 2019, I'm wondering how many miles he has now or whether he had already traded-in his 2nd V? 2fas, if you are still checking Priuschat, please do let us know. Thanks.
