Finally added the TRD sticker to my oil cap hahah. My god... this cap gets SO hot it’s insane. Legitimately think the adhesive will melt off within a week.

Y’all inspired me to step my game up though. Hopefully I can show at 2019 Toyotafest

I think that's what I may end up doing. I love my JDM plate but I'm not sure the side mount does anything for me.

Also wanted to let everyone know I bypassed the throttle body heater. Now the intake temps are a steady 10-15 degrees over ambient with an Injen intake.

Before it was more.like 20-30 over ambient, I'd say it's definitely worth it to do the bypass. At 98 degrees ambient after a long highway drive intake temps around town were sitting at 115. It took 30 seconds to connect and clamp the hoses together and the benefits is more power and lower combustion temps. Worth if for those who would like potentially more power available and a longer lasting engine.

IMG_20180605_084728771.jpg Alright. It's growing on me. A little.

Mississippi, no front plates required here, hence the one off my Evo from Japan! If I ever get around to it I'll install the light up place from my 88 Silva K's!

    Alhright! update.

    I just got the blinkers.

theyre E-marked, so theyre fully road legal worldwide i believe.
    they look great!

He*l alot of wires tho lol.

Good that it actually came with instructions, or well... almost "instructions".

i kind of followed them, i was really surprised how they were in english when it said in the description of the item that it werent gonna come with any.

What is unbelieveably stupid is that they dont come with female conectors... only male... so i have to sodder them and tape em and all that...

I put them on, alot of freakin wires... its not complicated, its just... time consuming installing them
    [IMG]

The feeding part almost killed me... LOL, but i got them thru. This is the most annoying part, thats for sure.

then i put the mirror back on the car and fed it thru the door, i have connected the blinker, so that partially works lol. Got some more wiring to do tommorow, also gotta do the right side since i only did the left one now.

They look great when they r on the car
Cant show the sequental blinkers yet because i have some wiring left to do. Gonna pos and update tomorrow

I believe u just need to buy this Turn Signal Light LED DRL White for Toyota Prius XW30 ZVW40 Camry XV40 Avalon | eBay

Then install it lol, ill make an instruction with pictures and stuff tomorrow after im done installing it so its easier for other people to install it aswell. Its not that complicated to be honest, the feeding thing from the mirror in to the door and in to the car is the most complicated thing.

I havent gotten the DRL to work yet, i believe thats a wire i havent tapped yet. Im gonna have to see tomorrow, had to stop now because it got wayyyy to dark and my car wasent in the garage so i didnt have any light.

I'm just wondering if once I get the wires from the new blinkers through the door, clip my existing wires that are for turn signal mirrors I already have and connect the new blinker to them once inside and it works? Lol

Mhmm... well, no. U have to wire it completely, it comes with a switch that turns on and off the sequential blinkers. If u don’t add the button it stays in “non-sequental”. So u have to wire it all done, it’s not that complicated as I said tho, as soon as u have fed the wires thru the mirror and door it’s not that much left to do.

To the blinkers there is 4 main wires,

One black which is the negative
One red which is the blinker itself
One yellow that’s for constant power
    One green that’s for ACC

If the yellow and green is not installed it doesn’t blink at all by some reason... I guess the yellow and green completes the circuit.

Then there is 3 other wires, They’re only for the buttons, it comes with two buttons, one I know switches between sequential and non-sequential blinkers. And the other I believe turns on and off DRL on the mirrors.

Then there is two other wires, one white and one grey, they’re just positive and negative for the puddle lights. Easy peasy to install, I’m just gonna tap them on to the footwell lights right above the gas pedal.

If I were u and wanted these blinkers, I would just buy them, I’ll make a detailed instruction tomorrow on how I installed them. I just pray to god it works lol. So yea... I’ll add more information tomorrow.

Installed HKS Premium Suction Kit and Sokie Tech hood struts (black/chrome). Done with the engine bay for now. Will add an oil catch can at some point :ROFLMAO:

Also what do you think of the wheels? Looking at Rotiform 18’s or something similar to 2nd wheel. Lmk!

This is not necessarily true. All the installs I’ve done, I don’t add the buttons. I wire them to stay in Sequential mode. Just take those 3 wires & connect them to each other. This way u just leave them in the mirror. 3 less wires to push through.

@Accordlayingkit these signals require a constant 12v +. So there is an extra wire that needs to be routed per side. What I do is remove the old signal. De-pin (remove the 3pin JST connector on the harness left in the door. Now on the new signal harness, De-pin the Blk, grn & Red wire. This leave the yellow. Insert the existing wires from the old mirror harness into the new mirror harness. Make sure u follow the correct pin layout. Now route the yellow wire through the door grommet into the A pillar & make ur connections.
