What did you do to ur Gen III Prius today????

I was running the duraflex TK-R bumper last year until I cracked it driving on low preset so I decided to put my oem bumper back on with a lip. The bumper is primed so all you need is paint. I had my bumper painted for 200 so all in all I paid about 700. Maybe in the future I will put it back on and fix the area where it’s cracked. What’s neat about it is that if you have the oem 2010-1011 version bumper, you can just reuse your turn signal lamps. But if you want to get it , get it bro. It’s your car, do what you think is best for you

 

it does actually look good in black lol, in white it looks very rice`y but in black it looks pretty clean. The Aimgain Type III just fits more with my "lexus theme".

 

Is the bumper plug in pray and does the leds come in as a kit? Thank you very kindly.

Aim gain roof wing and lip installed. Dropped off only yesterday morning for paint.

I'm well aware my front bumper needs a repaint bad. Its more touch up paint then actual paint job by now lol

Pare! i never had a bodyshop experience like DTM. I showed up thrusday morning at 830 am right when they open and was like..."can you get this done by tommorow." and they were like "we got you."

I'm used to a body shop saying we will be done in a week and 6 months later the car is still not done.


they told me done by 5pm but they called me at noon and said it was done. I'm gonna go back to them to repaint my front bumper and also to paint my roof black (and remove that wrap)

Sweet!! My bro’s Varis GTR is back there getting retouched. Saw a modded winter gray gen3 there last month getting some work done too.

 

I carry a tennis ball machine in the back. The loading process was tearing up the OEM carpet. So I made my own custom mat to go on top of the OEM carpet. The heavy duty floor mat cost about $20 at Home Depot. Used the OEM mat as a guide and traced the outline on the back (rubber) side of the new mat. Cut with an X-Acto knife. Took about 15 mins. Result looks nice IMO.
