So not to long ago I lost my poor 2012 Eleanor to a rear end collision with a distracted driver. I was stopped and they rear ended me going about 55 in a full size pickup. Needless to say it was a total loss.

But I also posted pictures of my new car Maggie a 2017 Prius 3 touring. Although I miss my C im looking forward to having this Prius for a long time. 20171228_153043.jpg 20171228_153048.jpg sketch-1527033326992.jpg sketch-1527032978635.jpg sketch-1527032979676.jpg

Wow! Glad you made it. Looks like the c took that hit very well. A pickup at highway speed packs a lot of energy.

Thanks for sharing and good luck with the new ride!

Yeah it does thank God no one was in the back seat as the back seats were pushed all the way to the front seat backs. Not to mention the front seats failed so we were laying flat after the crash.

Oh man. Considering the speed of the vehicle that hit you, "Eleanor" performed admirably. That's really impressive. How are YOU doing? Did you have any lingering aches and pains from the impact?

I was rear-ended while driving my 2012 Camry, and that guy was doing 25 mph, and I am still dealing with some stiffness.
