Hey all. Sorry Raytheeagle, w84me, Rebound and SFO for not getting back to you guys right away, had a little (not litteral) hiccup in the hospital over the past month. I ended up getting the engine replaced by Nate's Green Garage in Berkeley He did an awesome job and I ended up getting a motor with only 31K miles on it. He's a really cool guy and let me see the carnage that happened to my old motor. If anyone is wondering in and out the door was $5,180. Comes with a free oil change and analysis after 4K miles

I just bought some Gen 2 touring wheels from user SFO on Craigslist the other day and we got to talking about PriusChat, and he told me about this thread. I'd be interested in checking out one of these meetups as well!

Hi Fremont Prius peeps: New to this forum and want to sell my 2003 (268k miles!)! I’m in Monterey! Main battery replaced 50k miles ago; brand new tires; 12V battery replaced one year ago. Needs ABS actuator. Suggestions, offers, etc would be great. Thank you!

There might be another Gen2 in the mix by then (currently a non-op), which could use some fluid changes -among other things

And if the vehicle actually makes it, expect the "World Famous" 201k WS fluid show and tell

 

I'd like to meet up for sure with any day you guys have in mind that is after memorial weekend. I'm kinda busy with my other forum and their racing schedule and some traveling that I'm doing but lets make it happen.

 

We meet up about every 2-3 months, and we use this thread for coordination .

It’s not too early to post up a date suggestion or host.

Wouldn’t mind doing a meetup along the coast.

Hey Guys, sorry been MIA with a 1 year old baby now.
Where are you guys meeting this Sunday? I'm from South San Jose. I could come out and hang out and meet you guys this Sunday (before memorial day). Got wife's approval. I'm own a 4th Gen Prius Two.

I can use an oil change. This will be my first meet. Do I bring my own synthetic oil and oil filter? What do you guys suggest for a 2016 with 25k miles. I've been running synthetic since that's what the stealership been putting in. My 2 years of free maintenance expired earlier in the year. TIA.
