I am looking to lower my Prius C as much as possible. Does anyone have a recommendation on what brand springs to go with? Reviews? The lower the better. Pics?

    Welcome.
Since you are in California, @sfv41901 from Hybrid Pit is probably one of the most trusted modding experts here.

I'm Lowered on RSR springs. I wasn't after low as much as I was better performance via a stiffer spring which is what I based my decision on. There are plenty of pics if you follow the link in my signature though. Good luck with your decision.

I wonder if lowering makes a noticable difference to fuel-consumption?

As standard, the Prius C is already 1in lower than the European Yaris Hybrid (it also has a slightly lower coefficient of drag - but does have a modified rear-end, and shaped roof as well.)

Lowering mine had a negative effect on mileage, but that's probably mostly me forgetting the purpose of the car when there's a fun bit of road that we're on! lol

Sorry for hijacking, but anyone here uses Gecko Coilovers?
I'm in Asia and this is the most popular brand they carry.

I had never heard of them before now, but they do have a US website that offers a limited number of options. They seem very similar to whole lot of other brands like BC Racing, KSport, etc. I know a lot of people run those brands with out much issue. I personally have stuck with Tein for coilovers, and Bilstein for shocks when possible. I have to say personally I am very happy with my RSR spring/ TRD Sportivo Strut combo. It's not super low stanced car show type suspension, but for a fun able to still handle the rough roads at speed daily driven car, I can't imagine a much better combo.

shameless plug, but you can buy my tein coilovers :p

iirc this was how it sat with the rears all the way down and the fronts 3/4s of the total drop to go
