    So...
I saw a Toyota how-to video about changing the windshield wiper fluid and apparently there is a gizmo that lets you, monitor,/check how much windshield wiper fluid is in your reservoir. But my car does not have it.
    Any of yours have it...

They talk about it at 50 seconds.

That video wont play here, but the only way i know of to check the windshield wiper level is with the dipstick that's attached to the lid...

The posted video will not play (here in Southern New Hamster, USA) but I always use the visual method (…never failed me yet, in 50+ years of motoring) ;)

I just re-read your post - changing? I don't think I've ever changed my washer-fluid, perhaps I'm missing out on something here! (…I hate it when that happens!)

BTW Welcome to PriusChat! (…The best place on the InterNet to learn all you'll ever need to know about your Prius!) :)

I do, and so did my Gen 3 Prius. Maybe it's a Canada version thing.

With all the electronics in this car, I wonder why there isn't real window wiper fluid level sensor that lights up on the dashboard when it's low. I think my 2005 Toyota had it.:(

3rd gen's have a plastic dipstick so you can see beyond what's visible in the (semi-transparent) filler neck, down to the main reservoir below. But if you're missing that (pop the filler cap, no plastic dipstick inside?), just fill till you start to see it in that filler neck. You can kind of tell by the sound too when filling: the pitch of the pouring sound will climb as the pour gets into the neck. If it's near empty it'll likely take a full 4 liter bottle; just pour a little slower near the end.

This is from 2017 Prime Owner's Manual, I'd think 2018 should be the same. If you're missing that dipstick I'd think the dealership should be able to rustle one up; they owe you one. Maybe they misplaced it in the Pre-Delivery Inspection?

The PDF is often handier, easier to search. They're so bulky now.

Video doesn't work for me, but I concur with your comment, regarding the need to make such a video.
