Here it is on Sunday morning April 8, and I am unable to access the Entune features from my mobile phone. Very odd. When attempting to access the ECO dashboard: Your credentials have failed when accessing this feature or service. Please update your account. When attempting to access Charge Management: This service is currently unavailable. Please try again. And I have not received any of the email/text push notifications of the vehicle's completing charging. I am very impressed with the solid reliability of Toyota vehicles but much less so with their ability to maintain a reliable networked service. {sigh}
Toyota does not offer Internet access as an independent service. When they do, that would be an easy decision. But Toyota uses 3d party providers and short of T-Mobile ... silly. Bob Wilson
I could not find any www hits on "Toyota entune server status down" but I'm getting the same results as Old Bear. If I wasn't busy now I would call Toyota and ask them about the service.
Is this feature only available for Advance? I have a Premium and could not find anything except useless features like movietickets or charge stations.
Be frankly, I feel the Entune is completely useless on Premium and 11.6 inch touch screen LCD is a waste. It does not show much meaningful information except the GPS. But, I don't use car GPS at all as it is much much worse than google map with offline feature on a smart phone.
This is a problem that seems to be more and more common. Several here have the # of Chris who seems to know where to start. Wonder why they cannot complete a better fix? This is no way to treat a working ranch.
Well, it's back working again and updated upon my most recent trip starting at 6:40PM EDT on Sunday. I just knew those sheep would come home on their own.
Is it just me, or is the Entune server having problems today, Sunday 10/6? I cannot seem to get it to respond to any of the Entune apps on my phone. I just shows "loading" until the phone times out.
Well, it appears to be back up and working now. Maybe Toyota discovered the concept of "software upgrade." Then again, probably not.
