I pick it up in 48 hours and I think I am taking over a car that was well maintained. I have been looking for a while. I must have driven 10 or more gen 2's that were for sale and felt like I knew what I was looking at when I found it. The car is a 2008 Base Silver Pine Mica w/gray leather package #6 at 107k. After haggling, I bought the car from a dealer for $5350 which I think is a fair price given it's very good to excellent condition. During the test drive it was clear it was a solid car, rode like a 2016 and not a squeak or rattle to be heard. After the test drive I got the clean Carfax and ran the service history at Toyota before I made an offer. I found service records on the Toyota website for the mileage of 5,991, 10,918, 16,907,21,532,25,645,28,549,31,723,36,827,39,747,42,930,47,989,53,416,55,261,59,167, 64,735,73,942,80,585, 91,246, 101,667. The car has 107,000 as I take it over. Other than tire rotations and oil changes, the service records indicate that both water pumps and the 12v battery have been replaced and the 12v battery may still be under warranty until 5/8/19. Also the DC convertor was changed and comes with a 6 month warranty. When I get it here, I'll do an engine flush with EPR, fill the crankcase with Mobil 1 extended 5/30w and dump a bottle of Techron into the fuel tank and get on down the road. The car has a new 12v AUX battery. That battery is not covered under the 10 factory warranty. The replacement was the previous owners expense but does come with a 24 month warranty. Only the HV battery Pack is covered under the long warranty. The HV pack warranty has different tier levels based on the State you live in. Either way, you are getting near the end of coverage based on years. iPhone X ?

Sorry, I do not keep track too closely of locations within states but Todd is closer than I am. I am even more lost trying to direct somebody from California.
It’s a big state with similar sounding cities and towns strewn about. But google maps can be your friend.
Ok, thanks. They had to replace it because of a red triangle of death. I picked up the car today and that old inverter was still in the car. I drove it home about 40 miles and it did great. . .
