    I wouldn't be putting silicone on the window sill. Assuming it's like most cars, it's designed to let water flow THROUGH the door.

    Unless PRIUS does it differently, there is a plastic "raincoat" inside the door lining (this isn't a PRIUS photo):

    Since there are no rain gutters on the roof, any suggestions for the small amount of water that drips in onto the inside door sill from the roof?

    There isn't any water inside the door itself, no condensation on the driver's side window, only on the front and rear windshields.
