I note that a couple of photos from Toyota's marketing material have already been posted.

My method of checking both front and rear lights is to pull up perpendicular to the show window of a closed shop in a shopping center. It's easy to see the reflection of your light pattern of the front of your car and, less easy but possible, to see the rear light pattern in your mirrors when you back in. Or use your back-up TV camera, and the reflection then will also show the back-up lights being on.

 

or put your phone on a small table behind the car.

 

I ran over my small table; my neighbor yelled when I ran over his foot, so I knew I had to stop!! Har, har

Good idea then you can also test out the ICS system at the same time to see if it reduces the impact speed when backing into the table. If it knocks your phone off the table and breaks it, then you know you need to schedule an appointment at the dealer to check out the ICS. Unfortunately you won't be able to call to make the appointment.

 

Yeah butta I heah that about 20 or 30 yeahs ago, Martha, there was dis ting called a "Landline" or sumpin' like dat, where you could call somebody!!?? That's what I remember. I do not know, maybe I'm just getting old!!??

I remember this thing called a pigeon. You tied a note to its leg and sent it on its way. I guess luck got it to the right address each time.

 

I wonder what kind of security protocols they were using then, to prevent hacking!!

The cars are dirty because the Pigeons flew over them.

 

In Ma my car failed inspection with a license plate holder like that.

It covers the top part of the plate.

But at least the inspector took the cover off the plate,passed the car, and handed me the covers after the inspection.
Instead of failing me, and making me come back.

Perfect! I too have wundered endlessly what the rear tail lights looked like at night. Appreciate the photos.
