Where did you put it and did you have to remove the wiper?

Can you explain what this is and what it’s for? Even after I read reviews on Amazon I have no idea what it’s purpose is. Thanks!

Ill give u a explaination lol.
Its a flasher relay, u change out the original flasher relay (indicator relay) with this and it gives u arrival and depature lights when u unlock and lock ur car (lights up the indicators for 20-90 seconds, u can easly program it in the car), it gives u different hazard patterns, wig wags and stuff, it also gives u "tap to blink", so u tap the stalk and it indicates 3-6 times i belive. Ill leave a video down here from Diode Dynamics themselfs. Its a awesome little thing, it also works as a normal flasher relay, like it supports LED blinkers, no hyperflashing. So no resistors needed at the LED bulb.
It is a little pain in the butt to install but its worth it lol.

I have now an other but. I drive 1 hour with my Prius, as I drove through a city, the hazard go on, without I pushed the button, and now I can not switch it off anymore, the hazard it permantly on. I plug it out and reconnect it, and the hazard is on. I don't now why, I have written DiodeDynamics a message. Now I have plug in the stock one.

I had the same issue. It worked fine for 3 days. The replacement that they send also worked fine for 3 days. I'm back to my old flasher relay. They claim an issue with the electrical system in overseas models.... I'm from The Netherlands.

Well mine works perfectly except the arrival lights... mine is Also a EU Prius so, I think they have screwed up something when they made the flashers. Like the stack they made that day and got in the warehouse is screwed up somehow.

We can make the meet up president's day weekend but a place has yet to be decided. Someone has to have enough parking for all of us. If you host, I'll bring food and maybe beer if kids aren't present

Duraflex TKR wing just arrived. No scratches, already covered with primer. I was worried with all of the bad reviews Duraflex gets but this looks perfect. Test fitted the sides and they fit on the trunk lip perfectly.

Time to get painting once it's not freezing out! IMG_20180212_125344893_HDR.jpg
