The Eco Dashboard is like Real Estate:
It's about Location, Location, Location!!
Our relatively mild climate here in Socal gives us the ability to get better Eco results. Of course, by the same token, our Location/weather blesses us with some of the worst smog in the country, which mandates replacing ICE-powered Lumber Wagons, with our blessed Primes and other Prii (oh, all right, and other electrified vehicles)!!

LOL. Hey, it's not fair for you to wait until Spring to leave your missile silo bunker. You gotta get out and drive over 30 miles sometime.

My 120-130 miles (single day) once every week and ~500 miles (single day) every 5-6 weeks makes it real hard to not to burn it.

PS, my second sheep came back today.

Regarding running your Prime on gasoline affecting the listing on the "no gas used eco list", I've accidentally transgressed on 2 occasions for about 2 miles each time.
I still remained on the list, although with a significantly lower Eco%. All my other times I got 999.9mpg, so I guess it must be an average which is used to determine your appearance on the list.
Bottom line: don't give up if you commit a venial sin and burn a little gas; you could still get a "prize"!

It was 54° and calm when I drove at 5:30am this morning. Now at 7am, it's 34° with a 48 mph North wind. The storm from the West and the North arctic air is here. Down to 17° tonight. So I'm glad I got out early and was able to get my Rainbow for the first time in 2018. No oranges yet.

I hope I don't meet an oncoming car on this road as there's no center stripe.

 

Currently finishing a cold (hopefully it won't Finish me, although I prefer Swedish!), and I've been more likely to make gas, than burn gas, especially at my age! I think it follows Bernoulli's Law of the Conservation of Gas!
In the meantime I will be attending my weekly GUG meeting tonight (Giving Up Gas)!

No, I don't believe in GOG!! (God of Gas) I tend to follow the teachings of the Church of the Speeding Electron; a bit obscure, but far more ecologically satisfying! Besides with the new tax REVISION (don't you just HATE those Revisionists!), I need all the new tax write offs I can get! I think I'll be able to write off my contributions to the COSE, since the Revisionists favor religions (at least their own), over science.
