Rear Seat Belt Clips

    Excuse my ignorance, but I am tired of having the rear seat belt buckles banging the side walls of the car with every road bump.

    How do you attach the seat belts into these clips? It seems they would break if car riders pull the seat belts. Am I missing a piece? The opening is facing forward and it cannot hold the seat belt as is.

    The clips hold the webbing. That said, I've never used them.

    Clip holds webbing, slot for chrome "male" part of the buckle.

    Five plus years of owning/driving a v and I never noticed or used those pieces. Went out and clipped mine in. Thanks for raising the question and the answers.

    Where can I buy a spare of these clips ? One of them has gone missing from my car.
