Just installed myself a new set of snow tires for the winter which I picked up from Tire Rack. After swapping them I took the car around town and was expecting the tpms light to come on but after roughly 15 miles it still haven't come on... And I know the tpms sensors aren't learned or even initiated... Any ideas? BTW it's a 2017 Prius four

As the Owner’s Manual states, in the “Tires” section:
If you haven’t made a continuous trip of at least that duration, the tire pressure warning ECU may not yet have detected enough missed transmissions to determine that something is wrong.

In my car it takes 20 minutes without receiving a signal before it alerts. Since I keep my summer wheels next to where I park the car, it often clears the alarm when I park the car.

I am lucky I live close enough to Tire Rack in South Bend so I can just drive there.

I drove there two times this week, the longest trip I have taken in my new Gen 4.

I see Tire Rack rates the Blizzak very high on the list.

I bought a set of rims from Tire Rack and the local dealer put on a set of Blizzak WS-80s (they were running a "buy 3 and get the 4th for $1 three winters ago), and I've been most impressed but them, not just in snow/ice but they're great in the wet too, and they're very quiet! The OEM rims have the original TPMS fitted and are shod with my summer tires and are stored in my garage, so when the car is garaged, the TPMS nag-light goes out, but comes back on once again after about 20 mins of driving. It grabs my attention when it starts flashing, but after a while I don't notice it!

Over the past year, I've started using these and move them between the sets of wheels as necessary!
