seems like its the same maker then? like the ebay sellers sell someone else`s items... they got the exact same price and exact same ad... weird. Im pretty sure its just "re-sellers" then, they get the item from whichever company makes it and sells it for them. And they claim its real. If its not and buyers can prove it, the whole business will go right to h*ll... so yea. If i could i wouldve bought it and checked it out, Valenti lights should have alot of brandings showing the "ECE marking, SAE and DOT marks".

Im installing DRL`s on my car... but ive stumbled on to a problem, the blue wire needs to be connected to "KL15 or ACC plus". Where the heck is that? I see on the first illustration it looks like the black is on negative and red is on positive as expected (lol), and the orange wire is connected on to the parking lights at front so the control box knows when the headlights is on. and blue is also on negative as the black on the battery. i would guess the blue is the wire that feels if the engine is running and charging the 12V battery or not? is the blue supposed to get connected to the negative pole on the battery with the balck or? anyone who got any experience with this...[IMG][IMG]

Any power source/wire/fuse that's only on when in Ready mode. I tap the inverter coolant pump fuse (red, 10amp) in the engine fuse box.

is that the IGCT NO.3 fuse that then?, it says "Cooling system" in the handbook (directly translated form norwegian) and its a 10A fuse on spot 34 in the engine room. its really the only fuse i could find about any cooling system... i would imagine that gets power in ready mode?

I believe it's fuse #25 in your picture, what is that labelled?

What's #35, 36, 37, the spare fuses? If not, then it may be #35 I tapped. I know it's the first fuse in a row of fuses on the right side of the fuse box, looking front to back.

Ok, that's it. I know it was inverter related. Use a proper fuse tap.

Make sure you put the original fuse in the lower position of the fuse tap, and an appropriately rated fuse for the DRLs sense wire. The lowest rated fuse, like 2.5 amp should be adequate, the blue wire is probably only carrying milliamps of current. It's just used to activate a relay or solid state switch in the DRL control module (black box).

Just slowly modding my UK 10th anniversary edition prius only 1000 came out. Ive done some small stuff over time but it' pretty standard looking. I made a vinyl sticker for the interior which is vinyl wrapped and vinyl wrapped the toyota emblem. Ive owned it for about a year now and so far i I like it.
