Hey so I’ve been looking for a used car. I was set on a white ‘12-‘15 Prius but had luck finding a ‘15“Persona Series” Unfortunately I don’t really care for the rims. Would anyone trade their stock Prius wheels(with the black rim under) for the 17” Persona rims? No extra money just a swap. The tires on the car are brand new so tread would have to be somewhat comparable. Please let me know. I really like the car but can’t get past the rims. I’m located in Orange County CA
It might help you if you mentioned the make and model of the tires you have on the Persona rims so both parties can evaluate what they are getting. You will get better mileage with the 15" rims and tires plus they are less expensive to replace. I’m near the 605 and the 405, east side Long Beach. Tires are Michelin (LRR tires, I forget which model) and the wheels are in good shape - just daily wear and tear. I bought the wheels and tires in July of 2015. I probably put on about 18k miles on them with regular 5,000 rotations. If you’re serious about the trade, PM me and let’s talk further.

I don't much care, not really sure. They're just a few blocks from us here, and I was idly wondering about it. I use to go in there all the time for sockets (always buy them one at a time, smart shopper I am not, lol), we got our last lawn mower there, ditto for our stove. But the store has been looking more and more disheveled. I think the final straw was when we were in need of some vacuum bags: always bought them there in past, the forlorn salesman suggested Amazon. Which we ended up doing, but...
