    Still has plastic seal on front.
    I tried to make these xenon but it was too complicated for me.

    Oh I almost forgot. Are they halogen or HID? I don't know how to they'll from the pics on a Gen II only III

    HID = xenon. I assume you mean xenon projector... it probably would not make a difference. Halogen lights would be cheaper I'm guessing
