Since I updated my iPhone 7 to iOS 11 there is no way that I can connect my Prius 3 (latest software 2.15.5WL) to Internet. I can connect bluetooth and audio but no internet connection anymore. Does anyone else have iOS11 and Prius 3?
Mine works ok but the upgrade made about 120,000 apps. worthless until the developers can do a fix for working with IOS 11. About half of my apps. have to be upgraded before I can use them. Pretty good Apple foresight, eh?
Hey, suddenly after 2 days my Prius started waking up Personal hotspot of iOS 11 so now everything works... False alarm... Anyway, with every iOS I make same mistake and upgrade it to initial version instead of waiting for an update (iOS 11.1 for example)... Good luck with your apps.
Actually Apple has been warning about 32-bit applications for some time. You may have noticed that for the last year or two some applications would start with a dialog box warning about future compatibility issues. It is the app developer who dropped the ball. Go to Settings:General:About:Applications to see a list of the bad apps on your device.
